1. Model & Applicant Safety
- The Agency is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all models and applicants.
- Any form of harassment, abuse, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
2. Work & Shoot Locations
- All shoots and jobs must take place in known, approved locations and be coordinated through the Agency.
- Models have the right to refuse any job or location they feel uncomfortable with.
3. Wardrobe & Job Nature
- The nature of the job and wardrobe requirements will be communicated clearly in advance.
- No model will be forced into nudity, inappropriate content, or anything against personal beliefs.
4. Minors (Under 18)
- Models under 18 require written parental consent and will not participate in unlawful or inappropriate work.
5. Digital Protection
- Images and videos may not be used beyond agreed purposes. Unauthorized use is considered a breach of agreement.
Terms & Conditions
1. Application
- Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
- The Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant without explanation.
2. Representation & Conduct
- Accepted models must comply with contracts, schedules, and professional conduct.
- Repeated violations may result in termination.
3. Budget & Payment
- All budgets are determined exclusively by the Agency.
- Revenue split: 70% Model / 30% Agency
- Payments are made after client collection.
4. Client Communication
- Models may not negotiate or communicate financially with clients directly.
5. Social Media
- Commercial content may not be posted without Agency approval.
- The Agency may request removal of content that violates agreements.
6. Confidentiality
- All financial and contractual information is strictly confidential.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate according to contract terms.
- Agency rights remain valid for prior confirmed work.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- The Agency is not responsible for work conducted outside its framework.
